It lives in your menu bar, reminds you every 45 minutes, and guides you through a one-minute neck, eye, or shoulder routine. Your camera counts each rep on-device, so the ring only fills when you actually move. HOW IT WORKS It picks the moment. Start a work session once and DeskReps counts down quietly in the menu bar. It only interrupts while you're actually working, not at dinner or on a Sunday. It talks you through it. A calm voice calls the movement: turn, tilt, tuck, blink, shrug. You never have to read the screen mid-stretch. It knows when you did it. Your camera watches on-device and fills the ring as each rep lands. Nothing to log, and nothing to fake. FIVE WAYS TO SPEND A MINUTE • Neck Reset: loosen with turns and tilts, then two rounds of a chin-tuck hold (~65s) • Neck + Posture: neck mobility plus a chin-tuck hold for posture (~55s) • Eye Reset: blinks, a squeeze, and a short eyes-closed rest for tired eyes (~45s) • Shoulder Reset: shrugs, overhead reaches, and a chest hug for tight shoulders (~25s) • Full Reset: neck turns up close, then sit back for shoulder shrugs and reaches (~35s) Pick a favourite and it starts on one tap, or choose something different at the start of any break. SMALL ENOUGH THAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO IT No mat, no change of clothes, and nothing that makes anyone wonder what you're doing at your desk. A minute, then back to work. MAC AND IPHONE On the Mac it lives in the menu bar. On iPhone it's the same minute, propped against your monitor. It is useful when the laptop is closed or when you would rather not put your face in front of your work camera. Same routines, same counting. THE CAMERA NEVER LEAVES YOUR DESK Frames pass through Apple's Vision framework on your own machine and are thrown away immediately. Nothing is recorded, stored or uploaded. There is no server to send it to. No account, no email, no sync. The camera runs only for the length of the routine, usually under a minute, and then switches off.
