Lake Conditions just got smarter - accurate wind, a new High Wind alert, and an interactive map with live radar for every lake. Built for how Tulsa spends summer.
Tulsa Command is a local command center, not a weather widget.
Most weather apps tell you the temperature. Tulsa Command tells you what to do about it — built specifically for Tulsa and NE Oklahoma, not a generic national feed with your city typed in.
Weather that means something
Multi-source forecasting from NWS, Open-Meteo, live radar, and more — synthesized into one straight answer. NWS alerts are the only source we ever call "severe." No fear-mongering, no fake certainty, just what's actually happening and what it means for your day.
Storm Pro Tools
Live radar, SPC severe weather outlooks, and NWS alert detail — built for storm season, not just daily forecasts. When conditions turn, Tulsa Command gives you the same tools a weather-aware Oklahoman actually wants at hand.
Lake Weekend Planner
Five lakes — Keystone, Tenkiller, Skiatook, Hudson, and Grand Lake — each with real local knowledge you won't find anywhere else: wind patterns, pool elevation, and notes from people who actually know these lakes.
Local events, weather-aware
Curated picks for what's happening around Tulsa, with a weather read on every outdoor event — so you know if the patio show is a green light or if you need a rain backup.
Command Glance widget
Add it to your home screen for a one-glance read: current temp, today's call, and an alert flag if something's active — before you even open the app.
Built in Tulsa, for Tulsa.
What's New in 1.0.5
Lake Conditions overhaul:
Fixed a units bug causing lake wind and gust readings to be significantly overstated — conditions are now accurately reflected
Fixed sheltered lakes being rated too cautiously compared to exposed ones
Added a new "High Wind" warning level, separate from storm/lightning alerts, so wind cautions no longer use the same language as active severe weather
New: interactive map on every lake's detail screen, with a live radar toggle to check for nearby precipitation right on the map
Also fixed:
A layout issue that could occur after changing your location
