WVE Big Day Live Plan
Lifestyle
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your wedding day, perfectly in sync. One live timeline for the couple, the wedding party and every supplier — updates hit everyone's phone the second anything changes.
The wedding day that runs itself.
You planned for months. The last thing you need on the day is 47 texts asking what time the cake is. WVE Big Day Plan puts your entire running order on one live timeline — and everyone who matters gets it on their phone.
ONE CODE. WHOLE CREW. Share one invite code and you're done. Bridesmaids, best men, parents, photographers, florists, the band — everyone joins in about 30 seconds. No accounts, no downloads for suppliers (there's a web link too), no spreadsheets.
THE TIMELINE THAT THINKS. Ceremony pushed back 20 minutes? Shift one event and everything after it moves too. Conflicts get flagged before they become problems. Every change is logged, so there's never a "nobody told me."
LIVE MODE. MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY. On the day, the app flips into a dark, glanceable live dashboard — giant clock, what's happening NOW, what's up NEXT with a countdown. Built to be read in one glance while holding a bouquet.
BROADCASTS, NOT GROUP CHATS. Send one update to everyone, just the suppliers, or just the wedding party. They tap to acknowledge, so you know who's seen it.
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU'D EXPECT • Must-capture photo moments list for your photographer • Info cards — parking, WiFi, dietary notes, first dance song • Tap-to-call or WhatsApp anyone on the team • Email digest of the final timeline to the whole crew • Start from 5 ready-made day templates, then make it yours
Built by the team behind Wedding Video Essex — we've filmed hundreds of weddings and watched the schedule fall apart at most of them. This is the fix.
Best day ever. Actually organised.
