A pocket drill sergeant that won't let you skip. Brutal accountability, streak tracking, and an AI coach that roasts your excuses — never you. Now with cloud AI for Pro.
LOCK TF IN is the anti-excuse fitness companion — a satirical drill-sergeant coach in your pocket that turns showing up into a streak you don't want to break.
No fluff. No 47-step onboarding. You train, you tap "I DID THE THING," and your streak climbs. Miss a day and the coach has something to say about it.
WHAT YOU GET
• SAVAGE AI COACH — Talk to a no-nonsense coach that roasts your excuses, never your body. It punches at the couch, the snooze button, and "I'm too tired" — never at you.
• STREAK ENGINE — Every session builds your run. Track your best streak, weekly count, and your climb to the 30-day mark.
• THE LOG — Log lifts, runs, calisthenics, and more in seconds. Rest days are honorable and counted.
• PRO INTEL DOSSIER — A full training-intelligence report: consistency trends, training volume, your weakest day, comeback patterns, and projections.
• 8 THEMES — Repaint the whole rig. Site Yellow, Hazmat Pink, Blaze Orange and more, with matching app icons.
• REST TIMER, WIDGETS & MORE — Home-screen widgets, a built-in rest timer, and exportable service records.
RESPECTS YOUR PRIVACY
Free-tier AI runs entirely on your device or from the built-in library — nothing leaves your phone. No accounts. No tracking.

Heads up: LOCK TF IN contains frequent strong language by design. Clean Mode masks it if that's not your thing — but the coach hits hardest raw.
Now stop reading. LOCK TF IN.
