Chores that actually get done. Helpfl Family turns chores into a simple routine: your child scans a tag where the chore happens, you approve it, and they earn points toward rewards they care about.
HOW IT WORKS
• Set up a chore in a few taps: who, what, when, and what it's worth.
• Stick an NFC tag where the chore happens: by the dishwasher, on the leash hook, next to the bed.
• Your child scans the tag with their iPhone when the job is done. On an iPad, they snap a photo instead.
• Their apps unlock right away, and the chore is sent to you for approval.
• You get a notification and approve it right from the banner, in the app, or on your Apple Watch. Photo chores wait until you've seen the photo.
• Once you approve, the points go to your child, ready to spend in your family's rewards store.
APPS UNLOCK WHEN CHORES ARE DONE
Pick which apps stay blocked on your child's device until a chore is finished, on a schedule you set, like before school or after dinner. The moment your child scans the tag or sends a photo, their apps unlock and the chore goes to you for approval.
Need their apps open for homework or a call with grandma? Unlock them for a while from your own phone. Chores stay due, and blocking comes back by itself.
The app records that a chore was checked off. It can't tell whether the job was done well. That's your call. Approve it and your child earns the points. Mark it not done and no points are added. Their apps stay unlocked either way, so what happens next is up to you. Helpfl Family is a tool for parents, and accountability stays with you.
App blocking uses Apple's Family Controls, so the apps you pick stay on the device and are never sent to us.

PRIVACY FIRST
No ads, no tracking, no analytics. A child profile is just a name and an avatar, with no email, birthday, or location. Proof photos are visible only to parents, only on the day they were taken, and then deleted.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Each child uses their own iPhone, iPad, or both. One pairing code links all of a child's devices, with no account or sign-in needed.
• NFC tag scanning requires an iPhone. NFC tags are sold separately; inexpensive NTAG stickers work great.
• Allowance is a record you keep. The app never holds or moves money.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings.
