Tino: Stop Brainrot Be Present
Block Apps & Cut Scroll Time
Only for iPhone

Meet Tino — a soft little cat who needs your attention more than your feeds do.
Tino locks the apps that eat your time. To open them, you pay in Fishies — and you earn Fishies by living: a walk, ten push-ups, a made bed, a page of journaling, a glass of water in the morning or bite-size learning.
How it works
• Pick the apps that pull you in — Tino keeps them closed
• Do small healthy actions, earn Fishies
• Spend Fishies for exactly the minutes you want — when they run out, life resumes
What you may get back
• Up to 90 reclaimed hours a month
• Screen-free nights and calmer mornings
• Tiny 8-card courses on anything you're curious about — made just for you
• Streaks that make good days easier to repeat
No shame, no guilt — just a kind cat and a fair trade: real life in, scroll time out.
PRIVATE & SAFE
Tino uses Apple's Screen Time API to block the apps you choose. Blocking works entirely on your device — Apple never shares your app list with us, and we never see what you browse.
Photos you take to verify activities are used only to check that the activity was done, and are never stored or shared. Tino never records audio.
