The member app for The Boat Club of Texas at Seabrook Marina on Clear Lake.
Members book a boat, see what they are certified on, and check in with the dock
crew. Dock crew and the club owner run the day from the same app.
RESERVE BY THE HOUR
Pick a day on the calendar, choose how long you want the boat — one hour through
all day — and see exactly which boats are free at which start times. Book same
day or up to a month ahead. Got two hours free on a Thursday? Take a boat for an
hour.
TELL THE DOCK YOU ARE COMING IN
One tap from the water lets the crew know you are inbound and roughly when. The
slip is clear and someone is there to catch a line.
YOUR CERTIFICATIONS
See which classes of boat you are checked out on and which are still pending, so
there are no surprises at the dock.
THE DIGITAL CHECK-OUT SHEET
The club's paper safety sheet, on a phone. Dock crew walk the equipment
checklist, record engine hours and fuel, photograph the boat from five angles
before and after every outing, and capture signatures from the member and the
dock master. Damage gets logged against a photo taken the same morning instead
of argued about later.
EVERYTHING ELSE
- Ask the dock to have life vests, a tube or a cooler ready before you arrive
- Send a fuel receipt by photo for reimbursement
- Tip the dock crew
- The monthly pool code, always current
- Club promotions from the owner
For members and staff of The Boat Club of Texas, 1900 Shipyard Dr Suite C,

Ratings & Reviews
Push notifications — the app now tells you when the club books you in, when a boat you're waiting on opens up, or if a reservation gets cancelled.
Arrival times — say what time you plan to get to the dock inside your slot, so the crew knows whether it's 9:30 or 10. You can add an expected return time too. Both are optional and neither shortens your reservation.
