Load Bearing is a falling-block roguelite about a construction crew. Every run is a ten-floor building, every floor is a different job, and every Collapse narrows the well you are building in.
A DIFFERENT JOB ON EVERY FLOOR
Lay the foundation. Clear someone else's debris. Finish a punch list against the clock. Survive a material shortage on the pieces you have left. Fill a row edge to edge and it clears; leave a gap and it holds. Bank your Collapse charges, then spend them on the one drop that closes the whole stack.
BUILD YOUR OWN DECK OF PIECES
Your pieces are a deck, not a random stream. Between floors, spend your pay in the yard: new shapes from two-block scraps to seven-block monsters, relics that bend the rules, and tools like Cut, Settle and Pour. Scrap the shapes you hate. Design your own in the Fabricator.
BEAT THE FOREMAN IN HIS OWN WELL
Twenty Building Codes, each harder than the last. Every fifth one ends with a foreman who wants to see if your work holds: one shared well, alternating turns, and the row he built to nine is yours if you drop the tenth. When you are ready, play a real person: a friend by their code, or whoever is waiting.
MADE FOR IPHONE DUO
Open it flat and the whole site fills the tall display. Half-fold it like a tiny laptop and the game splits at the hinge: the well, your stash and your next pieces stand on the top half, and a full set of controls, Collapse and your items sit on the bottom, under your thumbs. iPhone and iPad layouts are built just as carefully, with touch, keyboard and controller support.

THE POWER PIECES PATCH
The awkward six- and seven-cell pieces get powers that fit their names. Unlock POWER PIECES: SIXES and SEVENS in the Trade, switch them on for a run, and SLAM: the Anvil crushes the stack under it and turns to iron, the Scarp clears up to four rows where it sits beside a block, the Plunger blasts a hole three wide, the Watchtower shows you one more piece ahead, and eleven more. Powers help, so they cost score. Playing for a high score? Leave them off.
STREAMER MODE
Stream on Twitch and let chat play. Chat Votes lets your viewers meddle with your run; Streamer vs Chat puts you head to head against the crowd, voting from Twitch chat or from the app.
FOR NEW BUILDERS
Every lesson now has a PLAY A RUN button, and finishing a lesson leads straight to a real run. Your best score for each Building Code is kept and shown when a run ends, with the lesson that fits how you lost. Practice shows your last and best score. How to Play has a new SCORE page: how points are earned.
RAISE THE COLUMNS
The marks now start on top of the debris, so building every column finishes the job with no lines to clear. Columns stand up to 16 high, and the cells still missing flash now and then.
