Kaedo keeps the trip moving. This one brings people in. - Bring a friend, you both get a free trip. Anyone who joins through your link or one of your trips and then runs a trip of their own earns you both one. - Start a trip as a kind of trip: bachelor party, bachelorette, ski, golf, lake, game day, reunion, birthday, camping. The packing list, the gear and day one are already there. - The recap has two faces now, the photos and the numbers, and both carry your link. Save it straight to Photos. - The live day runs on the trip's clock, wherever your phone thinks it is. - Every notification has exactly one switch, and the rally pulse opens Rally. - Your first trip is free. After that, each trip is $6.99, once, for whoever organizes it. The crew never pays.

Kaedo doesn't just hold the trip. It keeps it moving. - Reservations on the plan: whether the table is booked, for how many, and who has it. Kaedo asks when one is needed, short, or about to lose its free cancellation. - A stop can be for some of the crew. "I'm in" or "Not this one", and the rally, the reservation and the split follow. - Hand the stay, the plan, the costs, the dates or the spot to a friend. The asks go to them, they can make the call, and you can take it back any time. - Costs shows what the trip is looking like for you: spent, committed and still flexible, next to what the crew said works. - When someone drops out or a stop moves, Kaedo lists what that touches, and the list shrinks as you handle it. - Three days out, Kaedo checks the trip and tells you what's worth fixing. - Places the crew loved stay with the crew, and the next trip can start with them. - Ideas works both ways: add one straight from the Plan, or move a stop back when it doesn't fit a day. - Guests on the web can get the important reminders by text. - Start a trip with just a name; dates can come later. - Asked to join a trip? You can withdraw the request. - Anyone on the trip can open a flight or a drive and its files. - A fourth notification switch, Reminders, for rally, crew updates, the trip check and the wrap. - Called-off trips stay findable under Past. - Plan stop names wrap instead of cutting off, and new members show their real name. - Dozens of fixes: every save now tells you when it didn't go through, and nothing leaves you stuck on a screen.

Scout does things now. Ask for a poll, a to-do, a packing list, a moved stop or a nudge, see the preview, tap Do it. It's done. - Getting there: say how you're getting there and who's riding, and it's on the plan for everyone, arrivals and the way home. - Since you checked: what happened while you were away, in a few lines, once. - Guests without the app can vote and tick off to-dos from the invite link. The organizer says who's in. - A new trip page: what needs you, then how ready the trip is ("Almost ready"), then the plan. Scout waits at the bottom with what he noticed. - Home got the same treatment: your next trip, what needs you across every trip, what's coming up. - Explore knows your crew: ideas that fit the people going, not just the city. - Before a stop: a heads-up to the crew, one tap to say you're on your way. - Check-in and check-out times can be added any time, and land on the plan. Date polls take whole ranges. Your calendar is a hint now, never a verdict. - After the trip: a recap, the album, and "Do it again" with the dates already moved a year. - The trip in your pocket with no signal: the plan, the stay, the costs, cached. - Receipts and chat photos are private to the trip now. Sign-in comes back to the app on a real link. - Fixes: the plan's map no longer blinks between drive and walk, notifications show each thing once, toasts sit where they should, and a place you named as the stay is the trip's spot.

Open a trip and the one thing that needs you is at the top: your RSVP, what you owe, a receipt to claim, who to nudge. Do it and it's gone. - A "+" on every trip: add a stop, a stay, a to-do, a poll, a cost or a photo from one sheet. - Due dates on to-dos, and a "decide by" on the dates, the spot, the stay or the plan. One push the morning before. - Ask Scout on Home: across every trip, or how anything works. - During the trip the plan opens on today with the next stop lit and directions one tap away. After, a recap and the album. - Tap any name for their card: the trips you've shared, and the admin switch on your own trips. - Frame your photos: avatars, crew photos and trip covers get a crop step, so the picture is the part you chose. - Stays without a link: a friend's house, family, a campsite. Add it by name and say "We're staying here". - Send feedback from Profile. A bug, an idea, anything. No email client. - A simpler sign-in, a new welcome, and a Home that helps before your first trip. - A hundred small fixes: every save says so when it fails, deletes confirm, crews can be deleted, and the invite page knows when a trip is over.

New in 1.3 Stays. Paste an Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking or hotel link and it becomes a card with the per-person price; thumbs-up, the organizer picks, and "I booked it" puts the cost on Costs and check-in on The Plan. Invite friends from the app. Pick friends on Kaedo and they're on the trip with a push, no link needed. Your own Friend link on Profile adds a friend with no trip in between. Go with one city. Explore no longer makes you vote: pick a city and go. Ask Scout knows the app. "How do I make someone an admin?" gets directions, not a shrug. Notifications actually arrive. Registration was silently failing on iPhone; fixed, and the app now asks once on Home. Dark-mode fixes, tidier confirms, collapsible checklists, a one-line "Right now", and the plan's drive/walk toggle where it belongs.
