ANVA Balance is a clinical balance-assessment tool for physical therapists. Paired with the ANVA lumbar sensor — a wearable IMU worn at the waist — it captures trunk movement during guided balance tasks and turns it into objective, multidimensional data.
MEASURE
The app walks you through the protocol and records movement in real time. Most assessments take just a few minutes. Every session produces a clean, multidimensional report with scaled scores across the battery.
TRAIN
Real-time sensor feedback lets patients practise weight shifting, directional control, movement precision and postural awareness. Build exercise sets from a library of over 100 recorded movements and assign them to the person in front of you.
COMPARE
Put sessions side by side to show improvement, flag emerging limitations and reveal long-term trends. Results sync securely to your account, so you can pick up on any device.
CAST TO A CLINIC SCREEN
Send cues and targets to a nearby display so the patient can follow along while you observe.
BUILT FOR CLINICAL RECORDS
Assessments are documentation-ready and designed to support referrals and progress notes.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
ANVA stores no patient names, dates of birth, addresses or contact details. Subjects are identified by generated codes, and any age or gender you record stays on your device and is never uploaded.
REQUIRES THE ANVA SENSOR
Live assessment needs the ANVA lumbar sensor, available from anvabalance.com. Reports, training plans and the exercise library can be used without it.
ANVA Pro adds AI-assisted interpretation that turns metrics into clinical language. Subscriptions are managed at anvabalance.com.
