- Today holds three tasks. Never more.
- A finished task stays finished — no swapping it out for a fresh slot.
- Finishing early doesn't unlock three more. The rest of the day is yours.
- At midnight, finished tasks retire to your record and unfinished ones return to the backlog. Tomorrow starts clean.
