Control the flights of spacecraft! Rockets. Spaceships. UFOs. They're all hurtling around up there in space, but someone's got to help them get to where they're going. It's you. You're that someone. Your job is to trace paths for spacecraft to land in the right place on the planet or moon they're headed for. And unsurprisingly, they'd rather not crash. That's on you. Trace paths, avoid collisions. On occasion, the other typical stuff you see in space might float by: Aliens, astronauts, asteroids. You'll want to avoid those, too. Play with the spacey soundtrack or turn it off. Enjoy the delightful sound effects, or turn those off, too. Just land everybody safely, score the most points you can, and then play again. I loved flight control, and was excited when I saw this. The game is handicapped by how difficult it is to reliably “snap” a landing onto the planet. Most of my attempts to tell it to land don’t hit the tiny mark, so I maneuver them successfully, but then they just fly right through the planet because I didn’t get the super subtle feedback that I locked it on to the landing spot. Frustrating.

A new tutorial mode should help a ton. The landing zones are one way; you have to follow the direction of the >>> chevrons and you’ll no longer have any trouble! You can relaunch the tutorial from Settings.
