RECORD INFUSIONS
The Hizentra App makes it easy for you to record infusions. Just scan the QR code with your device’s camera and record details such as infusion sites. With improved scanning, the date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type, and form size will be automatically captured.
TRACK
With the Hizentra App, every infusion you log becomes a digital record of your therapy history, which you can review and edit at any time. You can filter your records by date or search by lot number or keywords from your past infusions. The Hizentra App lets you share your infusion data as a PDF.
DATA
With your consent, the Hizentra App will store your data in a secure cloud, backing up your infusion history and syncing across your devices. If you currently have the MyHizentraTM Infusion Manager on your device, you can migrate your previously recorded infusions, so you don’t lose your data.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING: Thrombosis (blood clots) can occur with immune globulin products, including Hizentra. Risk factors can include: advanced age, prolonged immobilization, a history of blood clotting or hyperviscosity (blood thickness), use of estrogens, installed vascular catheters, and cardiovascular risk factors.
If you are at high risk of blood clots, your doctor will prescribe Hizentra at the minimum dose and infusion rate practicable and will monitor for signs of clotting events and hyperviscosity. Always drink sufficient fluids before infusing Hizentra.
Great app. No more trying to read and record tiny numbers and since it’s digital, it’s easy to recall past infusions, set reminders and save a ton of time by simply scanning the QR codes to keep records and record an i fusion. I love it. Blessed to have it.

Helpful But Needs Improvements

This app is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend using it for your SCIg therapy! However, app developers…please create your own account and try sharing your report. It is a hot mess! There are no hard returns in the Notes area despite those returns being created and appearing in the app. Also, the words are split and continue on the next line awkwardly rather than just appearing in their entirety on the next line. This should be basic programming at this point. These journal entries should be shareable and they are not, in their sloppy format. Also, can the app developers please include inner and outer thighs as site location options? It would also be helpful to allow me to indicate how many sites I am infusing along with which needle sets (I use various needle sets with various lengths).Thank you for taking this into consideration and thanks for developing an app for us!

1.)This app needs some work. It autofills with the wrong dose and weight. If you change these things it goes back to the wrong dose and weight. 2) It needs an option to enter an infusion WITHOUT scanning the box. You should be able to record an i fusion and skip having to have the lot #. This should be simply a note tracking app with some extras but it’s very difficult. If you k ew the volume of boxes and waste from one infusion you would u Detars d that scanning a box may get missed. 3) it’s randomly logging off for “security” and deletes all the data from that infusion 4) should have a simple option to tap a button to track how a patient feels and side effects and then a place to manually enter4)have a link to be able to email/contact app design team directly from the app on bug issues5. In 2 years of using this app I haven’t seen any grand upgrades to how it works:(

Worst app I’ve ever used

The app is very buggy and not ready for use. It lost all the data from my recent infusion, and since I no longer have the packaging, the data cannot be entered. You need to change app settings for Face ID because logging in with password doesn’t sync data apparently. Also do the consents immediately upon setup so the developer of this terrible app can store your data in the cheapest countries even if the locations cannot guarantee the same safety as better venues.
