I still get notifications that it’s time for my desk workout on Saturday and Sunday when I even have it set to not a working day... that’s annoying. It is a nice reminder to get up and move for someone who sits the entire day at work.

Exercises are adapted to office environment but I can't setup office hours. Every time, I try to, the app closes. So it sends me reminders even during night.

I was using the free version just fine. Decided to finally get the full version and now I can’t even open the app.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. A total remake of the app so it works with iOS 10 and future upgrades of iOS. Added features: New workout images. Choose notification sound. Chime sound between exercises Landscape mode for iPad Work the night shift. Update all of your workdays simultaneously (batch mode). Decide what exercises you want to use. Maybe you can't do some of them because of injury, illness or you just dislike it. Easy access to system settings. A today widget for easy access and information of the next exercise time. And please do send me feedback! There can of course be corn cases I haven't thought of or tested.
