Amazing fitness app for golfers and non-golfers

This app has everything. Love that you can get advice from a pro customised to your profile, fitness level, medical condition and goals. Having a quick profile option also makes it easy if you’re in a hurry and want to get started immediately. The quick workouts are also perfect for this - start working out in less than three clicks. The workouts can be as challenging as you want, customised to even include stretching exercises and massage techniques which I love. If technique is important to you, the videos and exercise guides available for each exercise make it easy to follow with proper form. You can also set timers, rest bells, daily reminders and best of all, the app doesn’t try to con you into a subscription. You get a month free and then $9/month after and it explains to you how to cancel your subscription at any time whereas most apps hide that info. Great to finally see an honest app.Incredible that there is an affordable option to connect with a professional golf trainer online every week for a more personalised program. You really don’t need to be a golf pro to use this app, it can improve anyone and any level athlete’s performance.

This is the best app for golf fitness. I used to play NCAA Division I golf and this is exactly what I needed. It starts with the beginner workout plan all the way to the advance level. It tells you exactly what you need to do, how many sets, reps, even the time that you need to rest between sets automatically. It comes with videos right there so you can see what to do. Super easy to follow. Just get to the gym and do the workout. No more guessing what to do, for how many reps or what order month by month. Another cool feature is being able to rate your fatigue, soreness, energy levels, nutrition etc for every workout. So you can track your progress. If you dont know where to start with your golf fitness, this app will guide you from the very beginning/ beginner level to the most advance tour athlete level. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a guide to improve and expand my workout routine for golf specific motions. I found it on Golf Fitness Pro. I did have to pick up some fitness bands and set up some anchors in my workout area, the investment was minimal, and my workout routine has improved exponentially, especially with Core exercises. If you are looking for a guide to keep improving for any sport, Golf Fitness Pro is an excellent option!

Just started using this app again after the 10 day trial a few months ago. When you start your workout, it does not start a timer for the warm-up exercises such as jogging or jump rope so you have to time it on your watch or something which is silly. Also, the app is very glitchy. It does not advance from set to set you have to manually advance it after completing a set and then sometimes when you complete a set one of three it goes onto the next exercise so you have to back up to complete sets two and three.
