Several issues with this app. For whatever reason now, the app won’t remember my user name (even with the option for it to remember selected) and as such I have to enter everything, every time. Then choosing face recognition for login won’t work also. There is no ability to transfer from one account to another. The mobile deposit has not approved my photos before, even though they were clear and complete.

I’ve had this app for years now and it used to show me bank statements but after they updated it over a year ago now it doesn’t let me log in sometimes I just have to wait 24 hours to log back in. The new app doesn’t let me see any bank statements at all so I’m not able to check my credit or debit purchases. The app is completely useless now I wish they never changed anything.

Can’t even change a password, despite having entered it correctly twice. Please fix this, there’s absolutely no way to use your website or app. How are we supposed to view our accounts online? I have to call in every time to accomplish literally anything. 👎

This app is great and I'm glad they finally updated the look, it was so iPhone 3 looking. But glad you're able to see transfers right away. Maybe it's me, but the check scanner is not so great.
