COLLECT
Just write down everything to Air Tasks, keep your mind free from clutter.
Easily collect all of your tasks in one place:
• pull down and release the list to add new task (keep pulling down until you see ∞ instead of + to enter serial addition mode),
• touch task's title to change it.
PROCESS
Do not pile up collected tasks, complete those which take less than 2 minutes, defer, calendar or delegate others.
By swiping the task to the right you can:
• defer it for a day, week, month, year, or undefined period,
• calendar it for the specific date and set a reminder,
• delegate it to a person from your contact list.
Touch the image to the left of the task's title to change time, date, or person.
ORGANIZE
Air Tasks organizes your tasks, but you can flexibly manage them after.
Tame your task list by finding every task its place:
• change order of tasks with the same time, date, or person by touching and holding a task and then moving it to the new place,
• delete obsolete tasks by swiping them to the left.
REVIEW
Periodically revise your schedule, Air Tasks already organized it for you in a convenient way.
All collected tasks are at the top of the list. Try to get them to 0 by processing them when you have a free minute.
They are followed by ordered list of processed tasks, beginning with overdue and ending with ones that are in far future. Always be aware of your today's schedule.
After them you will find delegated tasks. Monitor their execution by the assigned person.

• clear the list from completed tasks by pulling it up and then releasing.
Cool app but wish there was an option to copy alarms. Like if you wanna set the same alarm for more than one time slot the copy option would let you do so without having to go and find the wanted alarm, go into it, and copy and paste it...that's just too long of a process.

I've think I've done all I can with this app. It's either broken or extremely limited in its functions. All I can do is add a task, mark it complete, edit the task name or delete it. There's no way to enter a due date or any other attribute to a task, besides the name.Contrary to what the developers claim, the only swipe options that exist are to mark a task, 'done' & 'delete'. For one very brief moment, in my first test task, a screen appeared that allowed me drag the task & attach it to 'someday', but that step couldn't be duplicated with that task or any other. Even after making that change, there was nothing to indicate that 'Someday' (or any other time slot) had a task. The screen to work from is completely blank. It doesn't even show the list of tasks! I guess you're supposed to remember them. There are no options or preferences, not even an 'About', a version number, nothing. I think they should remove this from the App Store if it doesn't get fixed, soon. Very disappointing.

This app is seriously awesome and easy to use! It is much better than the built in iOS app for notes and to do list. The only thing that I would change is the slightly confusing part in the beginning, I feel like it should have a better instructional screen.

Limited functionality (write task, delete, mark on calendar, make alarm). Occasional crashing. App deletes tasks as soon as I write them, so I have to recreate them. This doesn't offer anything that the standard calendar app doesn't offer.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
