They have been running a promotion, a match promotion where they’ll match up to $1000, I deposited $1000, they matched it so then my account showed $2000, I then tried to play table games, it would not let me and kept taking my balance back to zero, I contacted customer support I really didn’t understand what he said but it was something to the effect I have to play $15,000 worth of action before I receive the $1000 match, OK fine either way I still deposited 1000 real dollars and I was trying to play table games I was having nothing but problems, I contacted customer service again, the guy wasn’t very smart in my opinion,I then decided I just want my money back, “I said how do I withdraw my money”?
