I honestly think this app is a most-have. It’s one of best guided workouts apps, especially for beginners who don’t know where to start. It shows exactly which muscles you’re targeting and even provides videos to help you fix your posture to help you fix your form I definitely recommend
Update made app unusable

I loved this app. Straightforward, easy to read and use. But the recent update completely broke the app. The banner takes up a quarter of the screen at the top. Note I can’t look into what each exercise weights are that I’ve saved and exit without exciting current workout. Can’t see my saved reps and weights without opening each exercise which as I mentioned means exiting current workout because there’s no back to previous window. Use to be able to exit the current days workout and check other days exercises without losing current progress. The update broke the app and made it useless. I don't know why the update after 3 years when the app was perfectly fine. Please release a classic version orill huh ave to abandon this app I've been using for years.

Best beginners guide app

This app is great because it doesn't try to force you into one premade workout, it shows you what to do and makes recommendations. It also works as a log to let you remember how many sets and reps you got in. I love it so much and works great!
Bugs

The new version of the software looks great but it has bugs… when you enter in an an excercise and the want to go back to the selected workout it gets you all the way back to the months workout so you need to check as done all excercises over agan… there is no option to contact the developers directly so I am leaving this review hopefully they will read it.
