Optimized for iOS 26 with Liquid Glass effects and redesigned system styles for a modern look.
The training view has been redesigned with larger menu elements for improved usability and a new optional keyboard for easier and more precise input. A short tutorial helps you get started, the rest timer is now quicker to access, and sets are clearly marked as timer-based or regular. A preview mode is also available to review your workouts before starting.
