I was so excited for my trip with my husband, we showed up 45min early to the departure time and waited in the bitter cold; everything seemed good. The bus is not gonna be labeled flixbus? No problem. The bus is on platform C? Cool. I was refreshing the bus tracking system and it seemed like the bus was going to be late. 10-15mins goes by without seeing the bus and the tracking system shows the bus has completely missed us. I was in disbelief thinking it was another bus or there was a glitch, but low and behold it wasn't wrong. Called customer service with my issue (after some time digging for a US number and throwing a tantrum w the automated bot prior to talking to a human) and we were supposedly the only two passengers not boarded on the bus. I dont know what information the people on there have that I dont. For all I know, we were the only two booked, but none of it made sense at all. I followed the directions on the app and it guided me to the wrong place is what I can ultimately conclude... Regardless, what was suggested is that I buy a new ticket so basically I can f myself I guess. Not even a reshedule to the bus coming in two hours. The clerk didnt even clarify if we were in the right place or where it would be next time. Never!! had this happen before and will never be riding with Flix bus again, thank you. Granted, I bought the ticket from wanderu, as the clerk reminded me, BUTTT(!) I got my "directions" for the bus stop from flix bus through this app. No good, waste of money, and very frustrating.
