Oh I love how you fix macOS Mojave Big Sur Catalina Monterey host bugs by completely dropping support for all of them instead of actually fixing the app.We don’t find out that surprise feature until after your installer successfully installs onto older versions of macOS and then surprises us with a message saying you need Ventura to actually run the application. Thanks a lot for all of us that can’t use screen sharing because Apple won’t provide a patch, you were our last hope.Meanwhile you support windows all the way back to XP, really?
We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. The update replaced the old app with a completely new application, and the old app's saved connections use an incompatible format, so they could not be carried over automatically — this is a known limitation of the transition, noted in the first line of the What's New section, not a defect. Instead of re-adding every computer by hand, you can import your desktop Remote Utilities address book file directly into the new app. Thank you for posting the recovery steps for other users, and for still giving the new app a measured rating despite the trouble — we know there is room to improve.
