Plane + Pilot publishes 6 issues per year, but reserves the right to change the number of issues in an annual term, including discontinuing any format and substituting and/or modifying the manner in which the subscription is distributed. You can turn off the Apple auto-renew feature up to 24-hours before the end of your subscription by going into Apple Account Settings. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.
P&P is a great magazine and the app is really nice. Some of the reviews accurately describe a problem with the app that prevents them from downloading the issues of the magazine they paid for through their subscription. I had the same problem, but solved it by deleting the app and reinstalling. The app then re-linked with my iCloud account and all of my purchased magazines were restored.
PandP Goes Online-only, but no access for paper mag subscribers?

So Plane and Pilot stopped mailing paper magazines to all subscribers and moved to a digital-only format. I install the app on my phone and table to be able to read the new issues, but no, the app is only for digital subscribers. I get the whole no publishing during COVID thing, but if you’re going to do that, at least provide a native mobile device experience (which already exists for digital subscribers). Don’t force me to read issues in a web browser.

Another worthless app. No offline reading, which defeats the purpose of having a subscription. When you need assistance, P&P just can’t seem to find your email address. Of course, I’m sure they’ll be able to find all of my info when it comes time to renew my subscription!
The new app is a nightmare

After the new app installed itsself the complete library is gone and won’t restore. Even worse: no access to new issues with the app!The only way to get the issues: online reading through your browser.I will cancel the subscription.
