The app is an awesome app to use in place orders, but it’s such a shame that the restaurant cannot complete its orders correctly. I use this app twice now to order food and have it delivered but each time the order is completely was missing items.

My Greene Turtle loyalty credentials log me in just fine at their website. Repeatedly, however, those credentials, went entered via this app, produces a “we don’t know who you are“ reaction. So this app is worthless for anything having to do with your loyalty membership. not sure this is even worth the two star rating that I gave it.
The app doesn’t open

Everytime i click on the app it just glitches out and doesn’t get past the loading screen. i’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still doesn’t work. I have coupons that i can’t use because the website doesn’t give me the option to add them to my order. please update the app!
