Before I usually type in the Health app which was getting really old at least it reminds me to drink water and how much water I need to drink and I can see how much water I drank every day and I also put how much water I drank every day and I also can change how much water I drink every day. When I’m working out or just going to my job and change the size of my water bottle every day. I like all the awards it gave out and great when it reminds me how much water I need to drink. It helps when I have to work out everyday and when I should drink water when I go for a walk and it reminds me to drink water from morning until night time it sends me reminders on my Apple Watch. I can even try starting over when I make a mistake it also reminds to drink water when I watch tv or a movie. I like that there are different types of drinks on here so I get to choose which one I like weather be water or milk it’s all good to me and I like when I have to how much I should drink every day and night. I like bring my water bottle every where I go like when I go see a movie or going to work or seeing friends or going out to dinner or taking a walk or working out.

I have the app on my phone and watch, and I’m not impressed with either app version. On my phone, it won’t let me change my bottle size - it has a spot to change it but then on the main screen it’s still set to a different size. When drinking water, I can’t just select 8 or 20 or however many oz, I have to say how much is left in my bottle. On my watch, I can just select the number of oz and it subtracts it for me. However, that’s all I can do in there - see how much I have left to drink and mark how much I drank. I can’t see or do anything else beyond the single view. To select the number of oz in the watch app, I need to scroll the crown/dial on the watch, which could be fine if it weren’t a super touchy scroll - it’s hard to adjust it just 1 more oz if you’re trying to get from say 19 to 20 as your selection. It also doesn’t say in either app how much I did drink (says how much is left to reach my goal), and am wondering what happens if I drink more than my goal. I’ve used this for 2 days now and I couldn’t identify a way in either app to erase or adjust the amount of you accidentally selected the wrong amount, which is in part why I didn’t just scroll to drink more than my goal out of curiosity. And lastly, I went in the phone app to view History, but the only way it’s letting me view it is if I leave a review. Well, you asked for it so here’s your review. I don’t recommend this app. Find a different one.
Water time!
Ajbanana1
Typically I’m not a huge water drinker. Honestly, I’d prefer coffee!! I live in a hot desert climate, my skin gets dry and I workout but still, water was not my go to drink. I ended up buying a scale that measures my water intake which was obviously low. So I specifically downloaded this app to help monitor and increase my intake. I tried a few other apps but didn’t care for them. The main thing I wanted from the apps was to monitor how much WATER I drank, not coffee, tea or any other fluid intake, just WATER. This app does just that! It’s simple to use and it holds me accountable. You can specify how often you get alerts reminding you it’s time to drink water, I get mine every hour from the time I wake up till I go to bed. The History tab is another useful tool as it allows you to see your daily water intake viewable on a calendar. For me I’ve noticed that on the weekends I drink less water, usually I don’t even hit my required amount. During the week I not only meet but I exceed my required amount. Which brings me to what I have found to be the only downfall of this app. It will only log your water intake up to the required amount you have it set. So if you are required to drink 89oz the app will only log your results up to 89oz. You can bypass this issue by going to your settings and changing the “Suggested quantity of water” to whatever you want. But I feel like that defeats the whole tracking purpose. I want to know when I have met my required amount as well as any additional water intake each day. This could already be an additional option with the Pro version of the app, I’m not sure. Everything I have posted in this review is based off the FREE version of the app. Strongly suggested for those trying to be a little more cautious & healthy.
Clunky & Limited
MystifiedFluff
While it’s better than most trackers that hide nearly everything behind a pay wall, it’s got some serious limitations that make using it clunky at best. It does have notification reminders that are helpful and it does work well with Apple health, but I’m not sure it’s much better than manually adding the data in there yourself. Here are the main limitations you should know about:First, you can only choose between 3oz and 6oz for most drinks like tea, there’s no custom amount or even a way to create the standard 8oz or 16oz glass. Some drinks like beer have different amounts, but you’re always stuck with two options and no way to fine tune it. Next, it limits the types of beverages you can choose to very basic options. There’s ‘tea’ which I assume is black tea, but no green tea, iced tea, or anything like that so your caffeine amounts will be horribly off. Same for coffee, it’s just plain with not even a decaf option available and good luck if you don’t measure the milk you add in (which had better be 3 or 6oz, I sadly use 4). Another issue is there’s no way to refill your water bottle until it’s fully empty. There’s an undo that’s locked, but if you refill your water bottle before a workout like I do, you’ll have to calculate the intake manually often with those limiting 3oz and 6oz options.
Now fully compatible with iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, and 17 Air. Fixed small bugs and made things smoother. Thanks for all your love and support!
