Better than nothing. My account was hacked from a bank check directed to the Bexar county tax assessor/collector and then illegally stored by a third party at Frost bank - was discovered by security at Frost. Instead of cancelling my bank account, we decided to go with this account status app. If the thieves decided to actually open an account under my name, then I guess I will have to cancel my account. BTW, I read a Time magazine article about organized crime families, instead of sending their offspring to academic institutions are pointing their kids toward going to work for a bank, even if it is simply voluntary. Why? Guess you can figure that one out.

I really like your mobile app for its user-friendliness, fast access to all my accounts, check deposit feature, etc. However, it would be even better if:1.You could add more ATM locations around town so it’s easier for customers like me to withdraw cash without traveling far.2.You could reduce or remove the service fees charged when using competitor bank ATMs — that would make the app + bank service even more excellent.Thanks for your great customer service and continuous improvements!

I really like how you can see other accounts from one from one place at Jefferson Bank . However, if I was ever gonna give a recommendation, it would be to update the account values to reflect the actual account value sooner than later. That’s just a small recommendation. I really love the way. They do things that Jefferson bank.Thank you David H

I attempted to link my external account so that I could transfer money to pay my loan with Jefferson. Unfortunately, your website is not capable of doing such a thing. I didn’t try to open an account online only to find out that you don’t offer online account opening, I sent a message to customer service asking for information on how to complete an ACH into the account and was told I would have to complete a form so I stop trying. Maybe I’ll going to the branch next week and try again just disappointing.
