Conferma enables employees and contractors to use virtual payment cards for any approved business expense and is ideal for businesses of all sizes.
CREATE OR REQUEST VIRTUAL CARDS
Virtual payment cards can be requested by app users in accordance with your company’s pre-defined policies. Push notifications immediately notify finance managers or approvers of new virtual card requests. Once approved, virtual payment cards are sent directly to your mobile device.
Alternatively, finance managers or administrators can create and push pre-configured cards directly to employees and contractors, without need for individual requests.
REVIEW SPENDING
Capture and upload pictures of receipts, and review colour-coded transactions based on spend categories.
Notifications remind you to upload your receipts, which are then matched and attached to your transactions in a paperless process.
Allocate post-spend reviewers to review and approve spending in line with your company’s pre-defined policies.
VISIBILITY OF CORPORATE SPEND
With Conferma, all spend data flows back to a single centralised account, so that you have complete visibility of virtual card creation and usage. Automated reconciliation against bank data makes the process seamless.
Apply custom data fields such as employee ID, department or project to help efficiently track, review and report on company spend.
I travel a lot for work, this app helps me manage where I’ll be going, how long I’ll be there and much more great app I do highly suggest using app. It is through a business. Not to sure how helpful it will be for personal use probably not very.

You will be lucky if your card is accepted even half of the time. Even then you may have to call your travel agent and have them re-fax the required authorization. I just want to check into my room and relax. I usually end up paying with my own credit card. Why don’t the do a study of how many conferma reservations are made vs. how many are actually paid out? Also- the app itself is horrible. You can’t save the password in your Apple key chain and it constantly signs you out. The password reset email goes straight to Spam. I have to create new accounts all the time. Simple horrible.

I have been standing at hotel check in desk for over an hour battling issues with use declining card utilizing this app. The embarrassment of negotiating with hotel staff on behalf of an App that fails to perform its vital function in completing a seemingly simple transaction. There are no escalation options within the App beyond contact information to the Amex travel agent, who also seemingly can do nothing to resolve the matter. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN BUSINESS TRAVEL. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with a senior representative with authority of the App

First time user. It took several phone calls to set up travel about 6 phone call at be exact. My travel day arrives and I arrive at the location to find the service failed spent 1 hour on the phone and still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. All charges had to go on my personal card. Awful experience with this company. The help line are nice but unable to help and ultimately waste your time.
