The app stopped working

About a week ago the app stopped working, when I try to log on I get a message that says “we are unable to obtain the security questions needed to confirm your identity.” After I called the bank the lady told me to delete and reinstall the app and that the IT guy has had no complaints similar to mine. The app still isn’t working. I’m debating on switching banks altogether due to the poor customer service and lack of concern for this issue.

Great app. It is simple and easy to operate. They do have several security protocols built in, any time I’ve ever had trouble I just call my local bank rep and they get it fixed right up.
This update contains bug fixes and performance improvements. We are continually working to deliver an exceptional user experience within the app. Turn on auto-updates to ensure that you always have the latest version.
