Edited from 1 star to 5 stars because they finally enabled Apple Pay after almost a decade. I was tired of having to manually enter my card for each location I ordered from and every time the card information changed. Apple Pay is so much easier and more secure. Frictionless payment! Make it as easy as possible for customers to give you their money!

I’ve eaten the Cousin’s double cheese steak the same way...the only way for over 30 years!!! Double cheese steak, Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions, extra grilled onions, oregano, salt & pepper, light vinegar & oil, hot pepper relish; Bag of Sour Cream & Onion chips; Pink lemonade-Sprite mixes to wash it all down!!! If you don’t believe me, try it! Your life’ll never be the same...promise! It’s so good that when we moved to Illinois we drove back to the Milwaukee Villard Street location (the original location) at least 3Xs per month to quench that Cousin’s craving eventually taking orders and bringing the spoils home for our new Illinois neighbors! We’re now back in MKE sharing the same love with our new neighbors! Our favorite locations are now N. 92nd and Appleton Ave as well as Mequon Rd in Mequon, WI! Now...with this incredibly convenient app we get to earn points and cool rewards for doing the same thing! I just wish there was a way to apply coupons to my online order before picking up our goodies. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing... Gotta have my Cousin’s! —Dawn H., Milwaukee, WI

Tried to make my order on line and it was to easy to slip up or forget to enter something such as needing napkins and the receipt. Also need to be able to customize the curds and fries as to no salt!! Since my order was thru the drive up and I had to wait forever, the girl who brought out my order did go back to get my receipt but still no napkins. On one of the subs I ordered Parma bread they had to make a trip out to tell me they were out of those subs so had to change to a different sub bread. This whole ordeal for a 7.5" sub and a kids turkey and provolone cheese sub with small fries that were way to salty and curds took a whole hour. Way to long for 2 sandwiches.

Went and asked for my food to be inside but they bag it to go when I get home it was a half instead of a foot-long. This was not a good day for me at cousins.She scammed my scam for the discount and I didn’t get a discount because I didn’t get the foot-long. Wow now I lost my discount.She did give me a coupon but when I get home which is about 15 miles away me and my girl only one of us ate. Go figure to pay attention and stay on a job. A little better is bad enough. I had to get to the store, hard time because of the way the store is built for customers to come in the store and then to mess up the order is not good service..🙃
