Quick tips includes info that should be in bowel prep or welcome. By the time I see a notice to avoid certain foods for 3 days, it’s just too late. The prompt about dual procedures needs to be prominent. Why no option for hourly prompts to drink, that could be pushed out? The reminders for no gum etc on day of needs to be put in the schedule. It’s so close, but I still needed to make a paper list and then set timers in my phone.

Poorly built app that automatically generates a schedule for how to prep. The schedule it provides is wrong and will cost patients their procedure when they are not prepped correctly.

My colonoscopy time and date was put in the app. Thank goodness I was sent separate paperwork about prepping…The papers say to start prep at 3 pm the day before scope and to start drinking at 6pm.The app has me drinking through the night and the time period that my prep will be finished is AFTER MY ENDO APPT TIME!!My appt is 9am and my prep is finished at 8PM that day!!Sorry, but it’s a terrible app. Would be awesome —once it’s overhauled—if you added an audible reminder to drink every 15 min!
