See yourself at your goal weight before you get there. Model My Diet is a body visualizer for women: it builds a figure from your height, weight and body shape, then shows you at your goal weight next to where you started, from the front, side and back.
Use it alongside whatever you are doing to lose weight, whether that is a diet, more exercise or a GLP-1 medication. Weigh in to keep your weight, BMI and pounds to go up to date, keep your weigh-in streak going, and sync your weight with Apple Health.
Make the figure yours with skin tone, hair, face, bust and shape (hourglass, pear or apple), in pounds or kilograms, and dress it from your closet to see your goal outfit. Premium adds a weight trend graph that shows where your weight is heading, private progress photos you can match to your graph, the full outfit boutique and a PIN lock.
The original virtual model based on thousands of full 3D body scans. This tool does not provide medical advice.

I have had this app for over a year and really like the visual. Is it accurate as to what I look like- no. But close enough. When trying to lose weight I tend to focus on all the nutrition and reading labels and so forth. What a bright moment in my weight loss journey when I get to plug in a new lower number and see the results right there on my model. Also, what a great visual reminder when I either can’t plug in a lower number or have to put in a number that is higher. Also, regardless of what number goes in I love going to the closet. This is such an amazing way to be gentle with ourselves. No matter the number on the scale I can still dress my model, adjust my weight loss plan and continue my journey. Thank you🙂
Good motivation

Since most weight loss apps let you take pictures so you can see what you looked like and what you look like now, I was looking for an app that could remind me what I would look like when I reach my goal, to keep me motivated. Yes it’s nice to see how far I’ve come, but since early on the journey the changes are barely noticeable, I needed a better way to visualize my goal. I specially like the option to try different clothes, so I can see what some of my typical outfits would look like when I reach my goal. Note, this app is actually pretty realistic that losing 1-10 lbs is not really noticeable visually, specially the bigger one is. So I’m not recommending it for folks who already are at a healthy weight. This app is perfect for anyone who is overweight or obese, looking to get into a healthy weight range.
Not accurate but but let’s be serious here

The app is a good app it does what I need it to do and the avatar goal make me want to fight harder to be that size and it’s not just for losing you can also use it to gain of that’s the goal you aiming for so overall review I love that it tracks my current weight and future weight and graph it tho I wish you can make useful of the whole app without linking your credit or debit card 💳 to the app but I do understand why that option in apps is no longer if I could give a con it would be that it’s not enough natural hairstyles for us tightly coiled woman there’s a Afroish style that’s it which is not remotely close to my hair so I’ll ask that more be added for us
Inaccuracy is dangerous

Especially if you’re young or have a history of body dystrophia and/or disordered eating please don’t use this app. It is WRONG. At first I entered my weight which is a high-normal bmi. Didn’t look wildly off from my body, maybe a bit bigger than I’d guess. Since I know I get a better look at people around me rather than myself, I entered a skinny friend of mines height and weight to see how close the model was to how I see her in real life. It appeared quite a bit bigger than she was for real. It made me question if the models in the app can only reach a certain amount of skinniness because for gods sake I tested a 5’9” model weighing 90,80,70,60 lbs just to see, and it barely budged from 100 pounds. This app will might make you think you look bigger than you do! Just be aware of the inaccuracy.
The Outline button is always there: grey until your figure changes from your start, then it switches the traced start outline on and off.
Water is a counter you tap, saved to Apple Health if you like; steps come from Apple Health.
Your weigh-in result and next-figure meter sit below your model.
Fixes and small improvements.
