Much better design and functionality than the last version. The basic functions on this one at least work and make sense. Still buggy though. Doesn’t properly track sessions, some other minor stuff.

Ok so this is my first sauna build and I knew I wanted to go with a HUUM product. I have the Steel Mini and LOVE the rock count, the slime profile and the wall offset safety distance of only 2” on either side. I can even have my foot pretty close to it and it’s not fear of catching my leg hairs on fire. The App however could use some polishing. The original app was NOT good and they recently totally revamped it to 4.0 which is MUCH BETTER. However I think ONE major feature that’s missing is the use of IOS floating island or “live activities. This would be great to see a LIVE status update of live temps as it’s heating up or more of a Widget feature and then maybe a green alert when sauna is up to temp. Quick look on the Home Screen or while phone is locked to show heat up status would be AWESOME. OTHER than that I really like the heater so far!
V4 is a huge improvement

V4 is sooooooo much better. There are still several small quirks but at least the core functionality seems to be fixed and working. Finally I can schedule repeating pre scheduled sessions to auto heat. * Notifications don’t respect the units (I have it set on imperial but it always sends notifications in Celsius) * It always sends a notification that my booking started an hour before it actually starts, but at least the heat turns on at the correct time.

I used to love my sauna. My app would schedule it every morning for 6 AM. Humm made an update to the app and now I can no longer schedule my souls. It’s the whole reason I went with this company. I used to scream from the rooftops. Telling people how great it was. They updated their app and I can no longer use this function. The whole reason I bought huum doesn’t work. I now tell people buy another brand.. I’m screaming from the roof rooftops for people to buy another brand. What a shame. I contacted their Support several times and they’re a bunch of non-customer focused people.. Shame on you, huum.
