Tried 5 times to place an order. Never had an issue before now it won’t let you order as a guest. Then you are prompted to keep adding items - I dont want to keep adding items. Then when trying to create an account it said I had one and wouldn’t reset a password. Let people use the app as a guest - so frustrating and not worth the hassle

The Eat’nPark 🥧🥗 app is so easy. And I really like the fact that they have the up-to-date coupons in there so I don’t have to go back to my email and look at numbers or letters and everything like that. And everything is always good. The order is always fine. And it’s always ready when they say it is. It makes me hungry when I look at the items on the menu lol the app is really worth it.
Gift cards
Unhappy with Lowe’s
I placed an online order & tried using a gift card only to have the system tell me it was an invalid card number. Took the card out & re-entered it & got the same message. I entered another different gift card & got the same message. I think EnP’s system is messed up. These were brand new gift cards & never used. Had to end up putting the order on a credit card. Took at least half an hour with all the gift card refusals just to place the order. NOT HAPPY!!!!

This was the first time I ordered in the app, it would not allow me to change the pick up time nor change the tip amount. When I clicked change time arrows popped up but would not spin to change. When I hit other for the tip amount, it would not allow me to add a new tip amount. This app needs to be looked at and made simpler, I have a little computer knowledge, someone with no knowledge would fail n this app.
Curbside ordering is now simpler. You can save up to 3 vehicles to your account and select one at checkout. This release also includes general improvements and bug fixes.
