Need to fix the section to add additional instructions to allow more text. Currently only allows 15 characters. This a repeat of a review submitted before, which means you don’t look at reviews or can’t figure out how to fix the problem.

This was the first time I ordered in the app, it would not allow me to change the pick up time nor change the tip amount. When I clicked change time arrows popped up but would not spin to change. When I hit other for the tip amount, it would not allow me to add a new tip amount. This app needs to be looked at and made simpler, I have a little computer knowledge, someone with no knowledge would fail n this app.

Makes you sign in all the time. Doesn’t store all the payment information (still have to put in CVV). Payment windows are 15 minutes apart for pickup. I didn’t complete the order in time to get the first window. Instead of adjusting your time by however long you took to order, moves you 15 minutes later. Food won’t be ready when I get there anyhow.
Gift cards
Unhappy with Lowe’s
I placed an online order & tried using a gift card only to have the system tell me it was an invalid card number. Took the card out & re-entered it & got the same message. I entered another different gift card & got the same message. I think EnP’s system is messed up. These were brand new gift cards & never used. Had to end up putting the order on a credit card. Took at least half an hour with all the gift card refusals just to place the order. NOT HAPPY!!!!
