Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a chessboard, a checkered gameboard with 64 squares arranged in an eight-by-eight grid. It is one of the world's most popular games, played by millions of people worldwide in homes, parks, clubs, online, by correspondence, and in tournaments.
Each player begins the game with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. Each of the six piece types moves differently. Pieces are used to attack and capture the opponent's pieces, with the objective to 'checkmate' the opponent's king by placing it under an inescapable threat of capture. In addition to checkmate, the game can be won by the voluntary resignation of the opponent, which typically occurs when too much material is lost, or if checkmate appears unavoidable.

Overall the game is very fun and speed focused chess is played. However it would be a nice addition to add a friends list and also make different game times available. The biggest problem with this app is that there’s a glitch that if you close out of the app mid game it won’t deduct points from your chess rating, when people do this, and plenty of players do, it’s blatant cheating and throws off the rating system of a lot of the players you come across. If this simple glitch could be fixed I’d give the app a higher rating. Like 4.5 stars if that was an optiob

very fabulous and fantastic game regardless of cheaters when we about to win and all of a sudden we have been disconnected. But since 2022 I had been playing well and it’s amazing. I just wish we can add friends and able to chat, even inside the app, if request is accepted then thus we can connect to all over the world. Gracias
Some issues that would be easy to fix but they don’t

Out of the 1000+ games I have played, maybe a dozen times or so, a player is obviously beaten, then I get a message “you’ve been disconnected” and it is recorded as a loss. It has only happens under these circumstances so obviously these people have found a way to cheat. Other games have a way to report cheaters, this one doesn’t. Also, the audio for the game plays through my ringer volume and the adds through my regular audio. The “sound off” selection under settings mutes neither one. I have to turn my ringer off and volume all the way down if I want to play in silence. Could be a simple but great game.
Too much ads

It has too much ads after each game I have to watch an ads which is annoying. Plus it will disconnect on its own giving me a lose. At first I thought it was the connection but it was not. There are way better chess app out there. This use to be my app to go to bit they ruined it. For anybody who is interested in another app I recommend lichess way better app you do a whole lot of things that you can’t to on this app like study, puzzles, watch other people games etc etc. Although This app the only good thing I like is the graphics.
