The problem may be my Xbox but I don’t think so because I’ve checked the settings on my Xbox and disconnected it and reconnected. Most recently I was playing just dance 2019 on the Xbox and in the middle of a song, the game got slow and eventually started playing. It happens again and after a few times, instead of playing, it told me that “Ubersoftware isn’t available right now”. My network and WiFi are working fine same as my phone. I restarted just dance but it kept happening and after 5 times in a row I just turned of the tv and here I am. Also a few months ago, the game couldn’t connect to my phone even tho my phone was connected to the WiFi and was open to the app. I didn’t play if for a few months after that because I kept trying to fix it and after a few days, I figured there is nothing I can do. Then over Christmas I unplugged the Xbox, packed it up and took it on my road trip for the holidays. When I came back and plugged it in, just dance worked fine for a few times and now it back to it problems. But I don’t want to keep fixing it, I just wanna play and dance. Can’t I do that. Don’t deny my teenage body of fun physical exercise when most teenagers don’t get enough. With out just dance I would have to go outside and probably actually move around in the environment or even... ru... run. What I am saying is fox your app for your customers... I think you owe us that much. Besides all of the technical difficulties, just dance is actually a fun game.
Something isn’t working properly

I’m not exactly sure what’s the root of all the problems or if they’re all connected but I bought Just Dance 2018 for ps4 and have been using smartphones to play. To start it off, the first issues is in the app and the game itself but I keep getting network errors so I’m guessing that they’re problems with the Ubisoft servers or something. Can’t enter my Ubisoft account or whatever it is it asks to customize your dancer card within the app and I can’t access the online feature of the game itself. The second issues is the weird one. The first two smart phone devices work fine without many issues but all other devices that have been paired with game/console repeat the same issue of not showing up on the screen. They produce sound effects when joining the game and show character selection after picking a song like all other devices but on the tv it won’t show their name or any sort of visual cue to their existence however when dancing it shows a third and forth bar going up as they dance but it won’t show their names at the top or let them know how they’re doing with each move like the other two. And they also get a score at the end of the song and that’s the only proof of their existence on the ps4 side. I hope for some update somewhere to fix this

Hardly works properly. Spend an hour just trying to get the app to sync with my phone on the same wifi network. Doesn’t capture all the movements when you have to have your phone in your hand to sense motion. You would think with the X-Box one SP that Microsoft would have put in a built in sensor to play games like this. They don’t even make the Kinect anymore, and a smart phone is very good to play this game . Not so so smart phone and not so smart app. Takes forever to get it to start. Doesn’t save progress properly and tournaments are completed after every 3 songs and yet there is no way to leave the app without data being lost and starting all over. I did over a 100 songs and they are the same constant repeats. They don’t put people who pay for unlimited in tournaments where it will play unlimited edition. Doesn’t give proper placement . I got 1st on one of the songs in the tournament and a new high score and yet I was at the bottom of the list. So stupid when I won that fairly bit then I would do a different song get a new high score and remain in that numbered spot. Does not save data but yet on some songs it does. Not worth the time to try to win a tournament doesn’t count moves properly holding a phone a person with Kinect has a better chance of getting higher points . Phone app is useless never connects and kicks me off the tournament when I start getting too many perfects and supers. Right in the middle of the tournament and happens every time. I can never complete the 5 song tournament . The app shuts off before the first song is even over with.
Issues with the game

First off, this is a really fun game to play with my family, but we have been having lot of issues with the game. First is when we try to connect all of our phones to the game, most of them get kicked out of the game. And it does not let us back in. Another thing is when I try to connect to controller wands to it, one of them is connected but when I try to use the other ones, it does not let me hit x on the wand. It has me hit x on the controller. So when I start dancing with the controller in my hand, the game is saying I am not using the right one like it keeps showing Xs when ever I make the right moves on there. So then I try to do the wands and the same thing happens. I don’t know if I am supposed to hold a button down on it because I tried that with every button on there and it is not letting me. Is it supposed to be the connection. And how to I have the game not kick me out of the app on my phone when I try to join?
Grab your friends and family: it’s time to turn up the volume and let loose with Just Dance®! Play the game with the Just Dance® 2016-22 Controller app on your Nintendo Switch™, Nintendo Switch™ Lite, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
