I used Almosafer during my trip to turkey in multiple hotels.Rooms same as pictures, confirmation sent to hotels and didn’t find any issue with the booking, it gave me more discounts compared to competitors 😬, plus you can choose to earn extra alfursan miles or mokafah points.

When Almosafer first launched, their customer service was on point, but it has completely gone downhill. I recently booked a trip, but unfortunately, a war broke out before I could travel. Our airspace was completely closed—a widely televised fact that requires absolutely no proof, especially since Almosafer operates in the same region and is fully aware of the situation. Despite this, I contacted the hotel directly, provided my documents, and they kindly confirmed my cancellation and refund. However, when I contacted Almosafer, their agents were incredibly rude. Instead of processing it, they told me they would only 'try' to get a refund and that a response from the hotel will take 14 days eventhough the hotels response to me swiftly within an hour. They even asked me to do their job for them by forwarding the hotel's confirmation email. I sent it, but received absolutely no response. It takes them 4+ hours to reply to simple inquiries, and when they finally do, their answers are so robotic and dismissive you wonder if you're even speaking to a human. Save yourself the headache and use other established booking apps that actually value their customers.

I had two experiences with them:1-I booked a hotel and I paid to Almosafer App but after that they called me and told me that the hotel is fully booked and we have another hotel same rate and level so I accept that because this is the first experience with them and I don’t know if they trusted or no, but unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel I was shocked by the poor level, It does not match the standard of the hotel that I choose.2- I booked another hotel in different trip maybe they will be good and give them one more chance and I paid before one week of check in, when I arrived to the hotel unfortunately there’s no any reservation for me even the hotel didn’t know Almosafer Company and when I contacted to the customer service in Almosafer they didn’t care about my problem and I stay in the street until night without any solve, then I paid more and I made new reservation in another hotel.Until now since two years ago I didn’t get the refund and that was last experience with them
