A very fun game that keeps you wanting to play the next situation at the highest difficulty, but the game has quite a few bugs that make it difficult to work with. At times I will purchase boosters that never get applied which wastes my bio coins, such as applying the recovery booster that stops recovery for a few weeks randomly. There are times when it will work and other times when it never occurs throughout the recovery process. There are also times when I purchase the recovery option to reduce the recovery percentage by 10%. Sometimes it works and sometimes, it just never gets applied which means I spent 14-18 bio points for nothing. These aren’t huge issues but take away from the fun of the gameplay. If bugs like this can be fixed, I’ll probably end up purchasing the full version. Otherwise, I’ll just stick to the free version.

The game has a good premise and is pretty fun, but the difficulty level is stacked against you to the point it’s not at all realistic. There’s simply no way a guy can get a stroke or heart attack, or have both kidneys fail, in real life and not have to go to the ER for another 40 days. Also, if your guy goes to the doctor for an annual checkup, the doctors start curing the guy instantly, even if the guy has ZERO symptoms and ZERO risk factors evolved. What sense does that make? The doctor shouldn’t know there’s anything wrong if there’s nothing wrong (yet) with their patient! And why is nothing wrong with them at that point, well obviously I was trying to sabotage the hospital first with busy doctors and all medications becoming poisonous. Speaking of which though, the slowing doctors upgrade doesn’t seem to do ANYTHING... no noticeable difference anyway... neither does making the guy terrified of the doctor. You would think a guy terrified of the doctor wouldn’t go in for an annual checkup and would wait for symptoms to really start getting worrisome before they bothered going, but no. It doesn’t matter if all their systems are at 100%, they go in anyway and then the cure starts ticking really fast even with tier 2 slow doctors. What sense does that make? Also, if you purchase the surgical error or the wrong diagnosis after the cure hits 100%, while it does properly reduce the cure to 90%, the person keeps healing back on up to full health as though nothing happened. Maybe that last one is intentional but it feels wrong since the game doesn’t just end when it hits 100% regardless.

Really good game with detailed gameplay. So many symptoms to play with, risk factors to adjust, and ways to affect the life around your victim. I love the aspect of being able to affect how the doctors are treating your victim, or if your victim is even willing to go to the doctor at all. This game also has many unique symptoms that i dont usually see in games like this. Only 2 things i'm not a huge fan of is how you gain points to use and ads. I wish it just automatically increased rather than having to go to each part of the body and select the germs. But it's not awful either. The game does have frequent ad pop ups, which i understand. Gotta make your money somehow. Aside from that, this is a fantastic mobile game with a lot of cool, and fun features. I would recommend to anyone who wants a game that doesnt cut out features for being free. You can pay for ad free, which i think is worth it. This game is hours of entertainment.

Ok, yes, all diseases are real but how can stress or arthritis kill someone. I understand symptoms of stress can probably kill but arthritis makes no sense. Everyone knows diabetes and it isn’t in bio inc. Bio inc redemption has diabetes and diseases named for multiple famous people [If it is from famous people like Parkinson or Alzheimer.] But it’s still a good game. And another thing that I don’t really like is the doctors find a cure and your instantly feel better from having arrhythmia, AIDS, Immunodeficiency, Crohn’s Disease, Epileptic Seizures and Lung Cancer like all of those diseases got cured. It doesn’t make sense, and it saying that they’ll live a long and happy life. Life expectancy may decrease so maybe not too long before they die. But anyways, still a good game. But saying this: not everyone will like this game and think it’s a copy of plague inc, though it’s not.
