When I scroll thru, I get about 6 4 star reviews or better, and then a couple 3 stars and then a bunch of 1 star reviews. THAT’S A BUNCH of one star reviews, but yet the average comes out 4.3? Is this new math or something?This app does more to make you feel things are going wrong than things are going right. Checkin seems like a backward, forward chain of failures. Gives Finnair a very amateurish appearance. I’m sure their aircrews love getting negatively prejudiced passengers because of this app when their inflight service is very much the opposite.

This app is terrible. It doesn’t update regularly and often has wrong information. If you are a group traveling you cannot see the information for other travelers which is crazy if you are traveling with kids who don’t have a phone. Maybe 5 years ago this was acceptable but today apps should have pull to refresh and should at lease work as well as Google. I found searching my flight number in Google was more accurate.

Excellent fleet, Nordic quality, functional app. Until you manage all your needs digitally, everything works just perfectly. When you need human custom support, you are in trouble. Even being on a gold membership tier.
The flight view has been redesigned and now offers an enhanced user experience. You can conveniently check your flight schedule, view your booking details and add travel extras in separate tabs. We have improved the discoverability of travel extras available for your flight as well as how discounted items are displayed. We have also improved travel-related communication in case of disruptions.
