I’m really impressed with RidePal and how intuitive they are! I’ve used them with my company for many years and they are very proficient with vehicle tracking and it helps me get to work on time every morning. They are intuitive because during this pandemic they have developed a reservation system that allows me to book my ride ahead of time because seats have been limited on my bus due to social distancing. I’m really thankful that they did this because it makes me feel safe! Their entire app is nice and has improved my commute!

Your team needs a new product leader. My daughter and I just laughed for a 5 full minutes over the features and execution of the latest software update. Seriously, since we’re stuck using it please hire someone competent.
