We’ve introduced Thumbs Ups (like quick ‘Well done!’ points) for teachers to recognise the small but wonderful things children do in class.
You’ll see your child's tally when you tap the icon on their home screen. There’s no alerts with Thumbs Ups, nor comments, unlike the extra special MarvellousMe badges.
We’ve also made it easier for schools to add Quick Links to your app, so you can effortlessly access other school systems, resources, forms, our Reading Log and make contact.

This release includes fixes and improvements, and an update to the Home Task function.
When a teacher sets a learning exercise or other task, you’ll see this in your Home Task section. The green counter on your child’s home screen shows how many tasks are outstanding.
- When you view the task, tap the calendar icon to add the deadline to your device’s diary.
- Then, when you’ve completed the task, tick it as ‘done’. This will update your green counter and lets the teacher know you’ve done the task. Teachers can track this is in their MarvellousMe, to gain insight into home learning support and progress

* Received an attachment? If you see an orange paperclip above any message, tap it.
