So , 1st time using the app, I noticed it required multiple attempts to connect and save the changes. I wish you didn't have to reconnect to save any changes. It's cool to connect to it off but I know it's for Carriers with a different stickers,so I don't understand why it doesn't function with the unit powered up like the other HVAC equipment apps ( Trane, York, Daikin) prolly help with trouble shooting and doing stuff, but honestly it's definitely a great feature on units in this price point , an I appreciate the effort . Definitely helps to establish better value to the customer who may need a more affordable unit. I haven't dug dug into all that it can do but it's cool to change fan speed and other settings.

An error occurred while reading from the NFC chip, please try again. This error has showed up on both units I have tried this app on. Terrible system. Amana systems with cool cloud have never given me an issue… also don’t have to turn off the power to connect to those…
