HRAgo allows you to view your account balance, as well specific account activity and history on your Funded HRA, HSA, FSA, and RHSP accounts.
You can also submit claims, submit benefits card supporting documentation*, update your contact information, make investment allocation changes**, and update your account preferences directly from your iPhone or iPad.
Prior to using HRAgo, you’ll need to have an existing portal user account. If you haven’t already registered your HRA/HSA/FSA/RHSP account under your plan’s respective website, please do this first. Once registered, you can use the same portal account credentials to access your account via HRAgo.

Get this app. It’s easy to use and makes getting your supporting documents in for approval super easy. I can not say enough good things about the HRA customer service folks. They are patient, kind, and helpful every time. I have had a disputed charge (a fraudulent bill that I payed with my HRA card), a charge that was disputed by HRA as not being a covered device and several charges that I lacked documentation on. HRA Veba’s customer service has gone above and beyond to assist me on each and every one of these.

The app is excellent. It gives you the ability to check major components of your account. It’s simple to submit claims right from your phone. I found they have excellent customer service. I thought this was going to be a bear to set up and use, but on the contrary it’s straight forward and easy to use.
Inexperienced staff, careless and make frequent errors

I’m usually understanding but after having multiple issues with claims being incorrectly denied, being told they were sorry but they had a lot of new staff and that it was fixed but it wasn’t, I stopped using my HRA funds for valid expenses. It became more of a hassle and took a lot of my time submitting documents that they couldn’t read correctly. I would even tell them in my notes exactly what to look at. If I had an option I’d use someone else but this is the only option my employer has.
