The HCL Verse mobile app is meant for users who are in organizations that are licensed for HCL Verse or Traveler Server 9.0.1.7 or later. Before using HCL Verse mobile, check with your IT department. Any problems should be reported through your normal HCL or HCL Business Partner support channel.
The app will not push notifications to alert me of incoming mail. After checking setting, they all indicate “push” for notifications but nothing happens. Only if I open the app does it auto refresh and update. Very annoying!

UI is horrid. Mail and calendar are unintuitive. The app is buggy. Sometimes I get real time alerts for new email and sometimes it takes an hour or more. When the phone is in dark mode email displays as black text on a charcoal background, making it unreadable. The little button on individual emails to toggle between dark and light mode doesn’t work. The calendar on the app maintains entries that have been cancelled through the desktop client, making it inaccurate (and thereby making it unusable). Unfortunately I’m stuck fighting with it because it’s the only phone app that my work’s IT department will allow. If you have a choice, run far, far away.

This app is overall good but need some improvement in some aspect. Font selection and size modification is very much needed while writing an email. Pls app this.
App Still Stinks

People have been complaining about the same issue for one year and more. Still no fixes for notifications of new mail and new mail taking forever to show up...even when Push is setup. Don’t you all test your apps before publishing? If you want to compete with Office365...then get an app that works and functions the way your customers expect it to! Don’t bother replying telling me to open a case with HCL support... I shouldn’t have to open a case that deals with functionality of your app working the way all email apps are supposed to work! I’m not your test subject or QA control! Fix the app for crying out loud!!
Maintenance and Bug Fixes for the following issues:
- crash issue when replying/forwarding to emails opened via the Search utility.
- copying email within HCL Verse for iOS to a new email causes issues with rendering inline images on email compose.
- copying lengthy text from 3rd party apps causes wrapping issues on email compose
- login loop issue during re-authentication via SAML
- group names with double-byte characters fail to encode properly when sent from HCL Verse for iOS
