I use this app at the beginning and end of jobs. It locks up frequently and I have to power cycle my phone to get the app to respond. It asks me to sign in using my password even though I have signed in earlier in the day. It is very slow to register information and the status timer will just continue to spin and spin until finally the data will be accepted, or I receive a timeout or protocol error. I like the app, but it is frustrating to use on busy days when customers are waiting and I cannot get the app to respond. This occurs even in places where cell service is good, so I cannot blame it on the cellular service provider, it’s the app itself.

This is the absolute worst app to use and being commissioned in the field, this app specifically has taken money out of my pocket by making everything take longer, booting out my invoices multiple times, not able to keep price changes, not able to download calls or keep anything on my device to be faster, takes forever to load, takes forever to use, frequently experiences errors for every “feature”. If you push this on your company, be prepared to spend hundreds of thousands to get it mostly working but never working fully. Acumatica is the premier “early access” software for cloud based solutions, that is to say, it’s a gamble on if it works that day or not. We even had the joy of having the entire server go on maintenance during a standard work day. Choose Oracle
Amazing Companion to Acumatica ERP

The mobile app not only has extensive functionality built in, but has limitless customization through the Acumatica ERP framework. The WMS system is very fast and responsive. The sign on integrates flawlessly with Azure AD multi factor authentication and also enables builtin accounts to use multi factor authentication. You can easily upload a document from the mobile app. Push notifications can be done on almost any business event to go to a users phone. The Acumatica mobile app is a must for all customers of Acumatica.

Now you can easily display Dashboards on the app. All the dashboards created in Acumatica can now be accessed and displayed in the iPhone app as easy as checking a box on the dashboard to enable visibility in the app. Acumatica is updating the software twice a year with new releases. Every release gives us new features to use and gain better insight on making sound decisions for the direction our company needs to go. Keep up the great work!
- An experimental feature that improves the main menu load time and allows navigation to the main menu without an internet connection has been added. To enable this feature, open the Settings app on your device, find the Acumatica app, and enable main menu caching.
- File upload is now more reliable when the app is running in the background.
- Sometimes, when users tried to connect to an Acumatica ERP instance, the error message was displayed: An item with the same key has already been added.
