Looks like a well built app but I couldn't even get past the entry screen for entering court and due date info. I entered all the fields and when I click NEXT it says "all fields are mandatory" as if I didn't enter info. Also I wouldn't have reported this in a bad review if your APP SUPPORT link sent me to a form to write you a message. Instead it goes to your homepage where I have to wade through 15 screens to figure out how to message you.

Paid the stupid $150 and the lady on the phone convinced me they’d beat my 50 in 25 mph zone speeding violation. They didn’t beat it and I don’t get a refund . Your better off going to court and hoping the cop doesn’t show up. Got my notice in the mail saying I was guilty not worth the $150 you have a wayyyy better chance just going to court. The least a judge will do is lower your fine amount
This app doesn’t work

I submitted my ticket inside the app with some explanations about why I violated traffic rules. I was hoped this app could give me a really great written defense document but in fact this app just copied my explanations and add few lines of sentences into the document.

For me this app didn't work. The officer 100% lied about the speed I was doing and I figured it was a slam dunk case (I know everyone says this but I had witnesses who were passengers that were very aware of my speed). Got a ticket for 15mph faster than I was going. The app itself was relatively easy to use if you follow their instructions but to no avail. Still ended up with a $417 ticket. They don't claim 100% success but I can't imagine a scenario that would be easier to challenge (don't need to go into great detail but it should have been as easy as it gets). Anyway that's my experience.
