Just started using this for a home improvement project. I created a checklist for one of my tasks. I could clearly see the 0/2 indicator for the checklist under the task, but the pop out detail screen to the right did not show them. When I then clicked on “Add checklist” to see if that would reveal my items, it erased the original items on the checklist. Please make sure your basic features work before dedicating real estate in the pop outs to Plus features like Custom Fields. I should not have to think about “did the desktop app save my entries”.

Preface: If you are a Scrum Master or into Agile Development or Extreme Programming project managing techniques...THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU because you can maximize on the tools. if not: It is STILL AMAZING but you would benefit greatly if you learned about Agile development (fast paced project management techniques).START:This app is probably an app you never heard of. I found this app on the appstore of my linux ubuntu Desktop. I was amazed at the quality and depth and thought to myself, “gee if they have an app on mobile they are some pros”. Well guess what? They do.This app does what Jira and Other apps like Trello do but SO MUCH BETTER. Their UI design is PERFECT. You’d think some zelda devs build this thing because of how USEFUL the options are. I don’t know how many times I’ve used apps with apps that provide one way links to screens tucked away in some menu hidden in your profiles basement. It gets ridiculous. But these guys at ZENKIT know what they are doing.I’m VERY PICKY about the quality of the app I’m going to use. ZENKIT checks all of the boxes for me. Multiple views. Card data transfers modes when views are changes (I dont have to create an entirely new set of cards because i switched to spreadsheet view from Kanban View). ZENKIT utilizes object oriented programming attributes and it SHOWS. They know how to link and convert your cards easily.This is truly a well build machine. Anybody can write code...but NOT everyone can bring it together in such a functional way. I like the custom fields. I like stages. I like the mind map view and the wiki view.OVERALL GREAT WORK!!!

I've tried several apps to project manage jobs for a design studio, and many of them felt short. Then came Zenkit. It's like Trello, Wunderlist, Google Calendar, and many other services, on steroids. The fact that it enables you to customize every single form, every label, is perfect. It's versatile, highly scalable, and can be molded into a powerful tool for many uses. I’ve been using Zenkit for about 6 months now. I love it. It’s a simple and flexible tool. We use Zenkit in our organization to move projects and events along much more effectively. I also use it with some of my clients and they love that anytime there is a question or an update we can use our phones to post the question and leave comments on the go. We receive notifications if someone posted an update on a task. With help of the smartphone app my teams are able to communicate more efficiently and get things done much faster.
