Greenway Health is pleased to announce the release of Prime Mobile v4.25. Prime Mobile is for the healthcare provider on the go who needs to access history, problem lists, progress notes, and appointment schedules for their patient populations. This is possible through remote, two-way integration of all patient data housed in Greenway’s Prime Suite electronic health record. With Prime Mobile, providers in all specialties and subspecialties can care for their patients – and communicate with peers – from any remote location. Prime Mobile v4.25 adds features that continue to help you manage patient data whenever and wherever you need. These new features of v4.25 include: User experience enhancements • Customize your Home page and Facesheet with new tab options. • Support for additional widget columns See and sign unsigned documents in the new, dedicated tab on the home page.* Create a Miscellaneous note from a Task* Enter multiple races and ethnicities.* Add severity and reactions information to allergies.* Quickly see when patients fill their prescriptions via Rx Fill Status* (only available for select pharmacies) Vitals improvements • New vitals fields account for orthostatic vitals, flow rate, and FiO2 stats.* • Use Prime Suite’s Default Units of Measure *Requires Prime Suite v18.00 Prime Mobile v4.25 Requirements: iPhone 5 (or later), iPad 2 (and later). It's an okay app but has a lot of bugs. Still can't get it to show my patient schedule. Crashes and freezes often.

Have use this app for a long time and I've been unhappy with it since the beginning. It has improved and I appreciate the ability to document miscellaneous notes and even prescribe medications. However, so many times the app fails to deliver on its basic functions. Either I can't document properly, or when I'm documenting I can't edit the text properly, or it reports multiple errors. Many times it is not allowed me to properly prescribe medications and has on at least two occasions induced errors in the prescriptions. It is unreliable and I am often uncertain as to whether it is worthwhile to continue using it. Unfortunately it is the only option for Primesuite EMR users. With so many better options on the market these days is about time to change EMRs.

BJ the Doc That Rocks
I've gone through at least 2-3 previous versions of the mobile app for PrimeSuite and this version is by far the best! I always wished you could do more with the preview versions (e.g., send prescriptions electronically, look at patient profile photos to remind myself who the patient was, and other things). You can finally do all those things and more with this version! It's not just viewing your schedule or just viewing documents anymore!
Finally what I've been wishing for!

They treat this App like they do the desktop version.

Greenway EHR and Prime mobile are 3rd rate medical record systems that the company puts minimal effort into with trivial updates that bring no increase in usability. After coming from using epic, cerner, eCW, and athena net in the past I can say without a doubt that this company is the worst one. Work flow is horrible, lag time, 20 clicks to achieve one thing, system crashes, and poor customer support are rampant. If you are looking for a system to chart on or use in your clinic or hospital system I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Charting with pen and paper or even rock and chisel would lead to less headaches than this system will cause you and your health system.
They treat this App like they do the desktop version.
