This release includes Communicator Inbox V2 and various features and bug fixes. Communicator Inbox V2 (Messages tab) — The Messages tab has been rebuilt to match the web experience. Conversations are now organized into Open, Closed, and All tabs with unread and closed counts, and can be filtered by location and staff. You can send, send & close, or reassign a conversation, see delivery status, and attach images to messages. Starting a new message shows recent chats, upcoming appointments, and client search, and you can swipe a conversation to close or reopen it. On iPad, the conversation list and conversation view appear side by side. Redesigned Appointment Notes — Appointment notes have been reworked in the appointment details screen. A new All Appointment Notes screen gathers every note for the client, grouped by appointment date. The current appointment's note can be edited; notes from other appointments open read-only for viewing and printing. Client-written notes are distinguished from staff notes, and links inside any note are now tappable. Employee Intake Form History — Completed employee intake forms now include a historical view, so you can reopen an appointment and review previously submitted answers on both iPhone and iPad. Improved Deposit Updates — When changing a reservation's dates changes the required deposit, the details now appear in a bottom sheet instead of an alert — showing the amount collected, the new required deposit, and the amount due or refunded, with clear options to collect the difference now or later. Service Order Guidance — Appointments now show the "This service usually comes first" note when services are booked out of their typical order, matching the web experience. Child Age on Client Profiles — Family member profiles now display a child's age alongside their date of birth for businesses with the child age setting enabled. This release includes support for reopening closed tickets, ACH (bank account) payments, the Loyalty Program, and several bug fixes. Closed tickets can now be reopened to make corrections or add items after checkout. Once reopened, tickets can be edited and closed again. Any overpaid amount is automatically refunded across the original payments to keep the books balanced. Clients can now pay by bank account (ACH) directly in POS. Bank details can be requested securely via link, email, or Communicator, with payment statuses clearly shown as pending, authorized, declined, or disputed. Refunds are held while transfers are pending, and bank accounts can also be used for memberships. Recently introduced in our last update and now available to everyone: the Loyalty Program. Clients can earn points on eligible purchases, view their balance and activity from the Client Profile, and redeem eligible points during POS checkout. This release also adds a continuous camera scanner for Purchase Order receiving, with running counts and retail, back-bar, or damaged targets. You can now enroll clients into a full series of recurring class sessions in a single action. We’ve made it easier to manage variable services directly from the appointment modal. You can now automatically calculate the total price of an appointment by applying a multiplier to the service's base price. This feature is ideal for services charged by specific units—such as vials of color, units of Botox, or the number of piercings.
