nDorse is a web based mobile application that allows real time "positive reinforcement" or in other words allows you to say something nice to those colleagues or friends in your work place who one may interact with on a daily basis.
Positive reinforcement of hard work, skill, compassion, efficiency or any other desirable attributes that a person exhibits or exemplifies is best done in real-time. Compliments or endorsements that come from a peers at work hold a unique value that can only be appreciated by those who receive it. nDorse makes this possible and more. The endorsements are also posted on a live feed within the App that enable the entire institution or group to recognize good work!
In today's technology driven world, a mobile based web application that allow immediate, quick actions to validate a job well done is the ideal platform for employees to interact with each other while not take away time and focus from their tasks. The simplicity of our app is its strength! There is no room for negativity on our platform. The App has inbuilt software that allows a fair representation of employees endorsements.
Most importantly, nDorse embodies the core values of the institution where you work, Repeated endorsement of these values allows their assimilation and implementation in a dynamic and unique fashion.

The app design looks good, flow is nice, but when trying to sign up I never received a verification code to my email. Please fix

The app seems to be be completely broken on my end. Multiple drop down selection menus are bugged. There are also options I need to select to advance past the login that are bugged and not allowing me to select them.
