I’m obsessed with the choose app! 1000% worth the download!! Every morning I wake up to see what new brands are on the app, I’m hooked. There’s almost always one or two I already know and love (which means I’m instantly adding things to the cart) and the rest are usually really cool, creative, eco conscious small businesses. I love this app for discovering new brands and their sale prices are so good! It disappoints me how Google makes it impossible for small shops to succeed these days, so this app helps companies get noticed by new shoppers! I’ve been impressed with every single thing I’ve ordered, even when I don’t know the brand. I love that shipping is free or really cheap and almost everything is on sale! Shipping sometimes takes a long time since many brands are based in Europe and I’m in the US, but I’ve had some stuff arrive in 2 days! Either way, it’s still worth the deals even if it takes a few weeks to arrive.

Shipping takes forever

I downloaded the app specifically for one brand and before placing the order I saw nothing to indicate there would be a delay in shipping. I received an email after the fact saying there would be a delay and the estimated delivery date was 3 weeks after I ordered. This order was meant to be a valentine gift so I went back to the app to cancel the order so I could purchase elsewhere and get it in time but I wasn’t unable to do that. I emailed support and their response was not helpful at all so I had to make other plans for the gift I need as this item still hasn’t even shipped. So they have my money, my item hasn’t shipped in the 2.5 weeks since I ordered, and I am not allowed to cancel the order. I deleted the app and won’t be ordering again after this bad first experience. If I had known ahead of time shipping would be this delayed I wouldn’t have ordered since it was time sensitive.

Delays with orders from Europe

I placed my order 3+ weeks ago and my order still haven’t been shipped. I had no idea that it would take so long, and when I received an expected deliver date there was no opportunity to cancel. I’ve waited for all these weeks the delivery, but after receiving no update had to contact the support after being very frustrated with the situation. I was able to connect with the support and to my surprise they were very helpful and canceled my order for me, since I couldn’t wait any longer. I’m grateful for their help and that’s is why I’ve edited my initial rating. Long story short, if you shop here just be ready to potentially wait for a few weeks, especially if it’s coming from Europe, but their customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks

Great shopping app

This app is great all around! In a time of fast fashion and increasingly poor quality items both in person and online, Choose is a great place to find sustainable, small business, and quality brands and products! I really enjoy their rotating selection of hand picked brands and their app exclusive sales. Many of the businesses selected are outside of the US and the app makes it easy to purchase items and helps track shipping very well. I don’t know how more people don’t know about this app! The shopping experience feels more personable and special compared to most online shopping apps as the app includes the brands’ stories and more often than not features smaller brands and artists. Overall a very great experience!
